Not only was the staff incredibly helpful, but they went above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, which was a huge relief. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, as I had some last-minute touch-ups to do before a special event. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during my entire stay. the sitting area was so inviting, with comfortable rocking couch seats that I enjoyed relaxing in after a long day of exploring. the dining table provided the perfect space for enjoying meals with breathtaking views of Loch Portree and the Cuillins. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the well-stocked cookware and kitchen utensils made it easy for me to cook meals in the room. Having an electric kettle in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to make tea and coffee whenever I pleased. the flat-screen TV was a nice luxury, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. the combination of carpeted and parquet floors gave the room a cozy yet elegant feel. Overall, the attention to detail and the exceptional service at the Isles Inn Pub & Hotel truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Portree.
